Stan Gardner has been the Owner/Manager of Management Recruiters of El Dorado Hills since it's opening in 1997. Stan brings 21 years of corporate experience to the recruiting business. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University in 1976 with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Physics. He worked for the first 9 years of his career in sales for Dow Chemical and their Dowell Division. During this time, Stan sold to the agricultural, paint and coating, pharmaceutical, food, and oil industries. After leaving Dow Chemical, he spent 12 years in various sales and sales management positions with Pfizer Inc. His tenure at Pfizer included 4 years as the General Manager of the Food Science Group for Pfizer Canada.

The combination of Stan's technical background and his breadth of industry experience, uniquely qualify him to understand client companies needs, and to quickly and effectively identify people qualified to meet these needs. You will not be able to find another recruiter that offers this level of experience in the industry coupled with Stan's level of success as a recruiter.

Personally, Stan is an avid bicyclist having completed Ride The Rockies, a week long bicycle ride across Colorado, 8 times.  He trains for this by regularly commuting to work on his bicycle.  Stan also enjoys riding motorcyles and is the father of 2 daughters.

Dione has established herself as one of the most respected recruiters in this industry.  Her background enables her to identify a candidate's qualifications vs. the needs of a client companies to assure that we properly match the client's needs with the candidate's abilities and career objectives.

Prior to becoming an Executive Recruiter, Dione had several years at a large manufacturing facility in the Human Resources department and Manufacturing Engineering, 10 years of co-ownership of a precision machine shop, and 2 years as the owner of a small retail business. Personally, she has 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
